Who photographs the weddings?
Karen is the owner and only main photographer to shoot wedding’s.
I will bring along an assistant most of the time, having someone to help hold umbrellas, lights and even to hold lipsticks can be a real bonus. They may shoot sometimes and get those other angles but this is weather permitting.
How much does the studio charge?
The studio has album or fine-art collections which range from $2950 to $9000. These are our most popular and most recommended packages for value as they all include your digital files and a beautiful custom designed album. I hear all the time from past wedding clients who say they still havn’t printed any photos, so for me to create something for you to keep forever is worth so much more.
We do have DIY packages for those that do not want an album, these start at $1195 for 4 hours and include a wonderful proof book and slideshow.
These packages can be modified to add additional hours at $150 per additional hour.
There are also a la cart options aswell for example all your digital files can be added to these packages for $500 extra.
Each wedding is different so after we have gone through timing for your day it will give you a better understanding of what package will suit you best. Please call to make an appointment or phone for further price enquiries.
If we want to book, what happens next?
We get you to fill out a booking form which lists all the important information about your day, and pay a deposit of $300 which will then be deducted from the balance owing on whichever package you choose.
When is the balance due?
One month – 2 weeks prior to the wedding
Can we make part-payments between now and the wedding?
Yes
Do we have to know which package we want now, or if we want an album or other extras?
No. Things may change between now and your wedding date, including your budget. We just need to know that you want us to look after you and we will book in your date.
Your album and extras can be decided closer to the time.
Can we add albums and extras after the wedding?
Yes but you will save money, time and effort if you pick your desired package up front.
Can we reprint from the CD?
Yes, all files are high resolution jpegs. Once you own your CD you can use it to make your own prints and enlargements.
How does the online gallery work?
This is a fantastic way to share your photos with family and friends anywhere in the world. You have your own gallery with a unique username & password. Guests can view your photos, as well as order their own copies directly through the website.
How long will it take to see my photos?
3-5 weeks for completion but usually not that long
